The Garden
Turn the roots until the water reaches every one
Each planet starts as dry soil. Tap a root piece to turn it. When every piece glows, with no open ends and no loops, open the valve and the water drains down to the next layer of soil, all the way to the seed.
Later planets add stones, minerals, living soil and sprinklers, each explained the first time you meet it.
The Flight
Steer the seeds with gravity alone
The seed probe can’t steer itself. Place gravity wells on the field and watch the dotted line bend around them, past stars and moons, through every beacon and into the gate. When the line is right, launch.
No aiming, no second shot mid-flight: only gravity steers.
How a game goes
- Chapters of checkpoints. Each checkpoint is a Garden or a Flight puzzle. Finish a chapter, then an arc, then a whole solar system.
- Puzzles that grow with you. Your first system is gentle, with short spoken lessons for every new idea. Difficulty rises with each system you finish, never in the middle of one.
- One world, many players. Planets are shared. Every garden you grow counts toward turning a whole world green, and finished worlds stay on your Solar System map.
- Friends. Play chapters together, fly past friends ahead of you, and send gifts.
- Collect. Earn stardust for themes, pets and looks for your gardens and probes, and over two hundred achievements.

Is Terraform free?
Yes. Every puzzle is free to play. You can buy recharges or a membership, and you can choose to play with ads or without them.
What do I need to play?
A web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Sign in with Google or an emailed link to keep your progress on every device, or start as a guest and sign in later.
Is it the same as the Terraform programming tool?
No. This Terraform is a puzzle game at terra4m.app, not related to the infrastructure software of the same name.
